Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, right in the heart of Cardiff Bay. It's within easy reach of the city centre, making it perfect for attending events. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us some great recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep.

Perfect hotel, spotless and 15 km from the airport. Just walking distance from techniquest. We enjoyed comfortable beds in our room. No complains at all, the venue met standards.

Spent this Christmas break in a hotel located in Cardiff Bay. The area was really lively with lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from. The hotel offered the advantage of free parking, which was great as we had a car! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The bathroom was very small, and the shower wasn't working properly. The room was noisy, and we could hear sounds from outside and other rooms.
